Insulating natural rubber gloves, cut edges. Large number of sizes available, from 6 to 12 depending on the class. The ergonomic shape of the glove and its slightly powdered interior makes it easy the donning and doffing. The natural rubber provides dielectric properties, while our technique and expertise allow us to make gloves as thin as possible in order to offer the maximum level of the dexterity to the users.

• Recommended to be used in conjunction with leather over gloves for mechanical protection

 1 - Expiration date

Insulating rubber gloves have no expiry date and may be used as long as they comply with the periodic inspection. 

 2 - The periodic inspection

According to IEC 60903 : 2014 : « It is recommended to test gloves every 6 months when in use and every 12 months if in stock. The date of manufacture is the date of the original test. The tests consisted of air inflation to check the air flow, a visual inspection Under pressure, and the a dielectric test.»

Local régulations may be considered for class 00 and 0 gloves (Air inflate + Visual Inspection Only).  
 
 3 - Field inspection and stock

Do not mix the periodic inspection with the inspection before each use: this is strongly recommended and consists of a visual inspection after air inflation. It is also important to store the gloves in their UV resistant plastic bag and keep gloves away from light, heat and ozone. Ideally, the user should use our Pneumatic Tester, our new RGX-1704 cleaner to clean the gloves and the plastic box for better transportation and stock.
 
 4 - Special properties

Gloves that pass the special properties (acid, oïl, ozone, very low temperature) are not resistant to chemicals. This is a to guarantee electrical protection in case of accidental contacts. After completing the electrical job, it is recommended to replace the contaminanted gloves. Most of our gloves are RC (maximum), 00 and 0 are AZC (no resistance to oïl); Class 0 RC is available on demand.
 
 5 - The cuff and the color of the gloves

There are no main différences in performance between cut edge or rolled edge gloves, and between gloves of different colors. Color and finishing are related to local habits.
